I was really impressed with how clean and comfy my room was, and the fresh paint made it feel nice and cozy. The hot tub was a perfect place to unwind, and the additional lounge chairs made relaxing by the pool really easy. The only downside was some noise from the road, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. I would definitely recommend bringing ear plugs just in case! 😊

The truth, what’s good and what’s not
Comfortable memory foam beds made for a pleasant sleep, and the location is ideal for walking to downtown attractions.
Air conditioning was a bit noisy, which might disrupt light sleepers.

great location but needs better breakfast options
The location was excellent. easy access to local attractions like Pikes Peak. The room was impeccably clean, which is a priority for me. The owner's hospitality made a significant difference. he provided helpful tips and made me feel welcome. I also appreciated the family-owned vibe, very comforting.
However, the breakfast could use some improvement, a waffle maker would be a great addition.

Perfect for a quick getaway
The owner was friendly, like genuinely friendly. Helped us with everything, made us feel at home right away. The room might not be brand new but it was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable enough to actually get some sleep. Also, the shower? So much hot water, didn't have to wait for it to warm up. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the small terrace, just taking it all in every morning. Definitely puts you in a better mood to start the day.

Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.
My stay was marred by a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. It stopped working at 2 AM, leaving us sweating through the night. Even after notifying the manager, it was too late for a repair, and I felt we deserved better.

Spent a night in a spacious King room with a comfy bed. The shower had strong water pressure. There was a good-sized fridge and a coffee machine. Spotlessly clean with nice toiletries.
